FitnessTrainerOS is the core platform for serious fitness businesses that want to manage clients, deliver programmes, handle check-ins, share resources, automate workflows and support clients from one connected app.
The platform includes fair usage for normal AI and messaging activity. Updates and platform improvements are ongoing. Access is application-only so we can ensure onboarding is appropriate.
Important note
FitnessTrainerOS does not replace your accounting or payment software unless a custom workflow is agreed. It can connect or redirect to existing systems where needed.

What the setup covers
What does the Custom Branded setup include?
The Custom Branded setup fee covers the done-for-you work needed to turn FitnessTrainerOS into a branded app experience for your business. It is not a configuration form — it is hands-on setup, migration and launch support.
After setup, you continue on the standard £99+VAT/month plan, or discuss Concierge if you need higher-touch ongoing support.
App store publishing
App store publishing requires the client to set up and maintain their own Apple and Google developer accounts. FTOS handles the technical submission as part of the setup.
How FTOS Studio pricing works.
FTOS Studio projects are quoted after a Build Audit because every custom system is different. A simple internal dashboard is not the same as a full app, CRM, website, AI agent and automation system. The audit maps the scope properly so we can give an accurate quote.

Concierge is more than hosting and maintenance.
Concierge is the ongoing technical partner layer behind your FTOS setup. It can include hosting, support, usage monitoring, updates, technical help and agreed client-facing support.
This is useful for businesses that do not just want to rent software. They want a technical partner who understands their system and helps keep it aligned with how the business evolves.
Concierge pricing is discussed during application or proposal, based on usage and support requirements. For Studio builds: from £197+VAT/month.

FitnessTrainerOS includes fair usage for normal AI and messaging activity. If your business needs heavier AI usage, high-volume messaging, branded email sending, SMS, advanced automations or complex integrations, we'll explain any extra usage costs before you commit.
Normal coach usage is usually fully covered
Higher-volume brands may need extra allowance
AI-heavy workflows may need a higher usage tier
